Sunday School:

Sunday School takes place every Sunday for all ages from 9:45am-10:40 am.

Our goal in Sunday School is to first introduce and then further instruct children, young people, and adults in the stories of faith and strengthen their personal relationship with God.

Nursery and Pre-School
Our Nursery and Pre-School Classes sue Bible Quest, a biblically-based curriculum that introduces them to the main stories and themes of the biblical text.  Classes meet on the 2nd Floor of the Will Young Building.

K-5th Grade: Fisherman’s Net
Meeting throughout the Education Building, Fisherman’s Net is our Workshop Rotation Sunday School Class.  Each week students come to the Chapel next to the Library Conference Room in the education Building to share joys and concerns and to pray together.  From there they split into their different age groups and go explore the day’s Bible Story thorough a variety of learning styles, including art, drama, movies, bible study, science, and even cooking!  Children may be dropped off in the chapel at 9:45am.  For pick-up, parents are asked to refer to the “Room Locators” that are posted throughout the Education building.

Youth
There are two Youth Classes.

The Middle School class is for 6th-8th graders and uses “Seasons of the Spirit” a lectionary based curriculum that approaches the bible passage of the day from a number of different angles, using art, drama, music, among other media to connect the biblical story with the lives of young people.  Meets in the Middle School Room on the 3rd floor of the Will Young Building.

The High School class is for 9th-12th graders and intersperses “Seasons of the Spirit” lessons with other discussions of current events and the world of pop culture in order to better equip high schoolers to “see” the Gospel at work in the world around them.  Meets in the Youth Room on the 3rd floor of the Will Young Building.
